^Lot 672 Remington Model 03-A3 .30-06 SN: 4035687

WW2 U.S. Military issued bolt-action rifle that has been sporterized, Barrel marked "H.S. 7-44, flaming bomb". Stamped triggerguard/floorplate. Retains the original military sights, but the rear peep has been cut into a V-notch. Handguard removed,Stock modified, recoil pad added, carving a left cheek piece, and grip cap added. Tang screw missing, so rifle is loose in the stock. Magazine spring, and follower are missing. Someone has stamped the name "Chris" twice on the lower barrel. Only fires intermittently when action is cocked. Bore appears very good/bright, wood is good shape. Poor job of sporterizing this rifle, needs some work. Poor Condition-Inoperable. C&R firearm
